Processing Guidelines
Limonene Solubility: Support for ABS dissolves in limonene solvent. Observe proper usage protocols and safety procedures.
Emissions Warning: Pungent, unpleasant odors may emit during printing operations. Ensure printer enclosure integrity and adequate ventilation.
Interlayer Bonding: When interlayer strength critical, increase purge volume above 800mm³. Insufficient purging may compromise layer adhesion in primary model sections coplanar with support surfaces.
Peelable Support Enhancement: Increasing "initial layer speed" parameter generates more peelable support structures. However, this modification elevates warping risk probability.
Pre-Print Drying: Pre-use drying recommended for enhanced print quality. Drying specifications: 80°C, 4 hours (blast oven); 85-95°C, 6 hours (X1 Series heatbed). Reference: Filament drying documentation.
Advanced Support Configuration: For comprehensive support-related parameter adjustments, reference: Support documentation.
