Workflow Guide
Step 1: System Preparation
Required Equipment:
- Bambu Lab printer with AMS (Automatic Material System)
- Filament set with hex color codes:
- PLA Basic Cyan #0086D6
- PLA Basic Magenta #EC008C
- PLA Basic Yellow #F4EE2A
- PLA Basic Jade White #FFFFFF
- Nozzle: 0.2mm (optimal) or 0.4mm
- Build surface: Cool Plate SuperTack, Smooth PEI, Textured PEI, or Dual-Texture PEI plate
Step 2: File Generation and Printing
- Import JPG image to Lithophane Maker, configure parameters
- Generate and download STL files
- Configure in Bambu Studio, slice model
- Load filaments into designated AMS slots, initiate print

Technical Recommendations
Resolution: Reduced nozzle diameter and layer height critical for quality results. Recommended: 0.2mm or 0.4mm nozzle with 0.08-0.12mm layer height. Reference: CMYK Lithophane Printing Guide documentation.
Color Accuracy: Layer resolution limitations may cause color deviation between source image and physical print.
Warp Prevention: Bed temperature range 45-50°C recommended to minimize thermal warping.
